I'm a sucker for a great wedding! Who isn't? Honestly, Weddings and Events are the one thing that brings family and friends all together in one place to share in love and laughter. And its all because two people fell in love! How cool is that!

If you've ever fallen in love, you would know that it comes with an overwhelming sense of security, feeling of togetherness and knowing your heart belongs to one person.
I became a Wedding and Event planner because I wholeheartedly believe there is someone for everyone out there, and I wanted to be apart of those stories where two lives come together in the most extraordinary ways.
I have been planning Weddings & Events for over 12 years now and having been lucky enough to be part of close to 1000 Weddings and Events, I can honestly say I am still passionate about each and every wedding and event as I was the first day I started!

Barrett Lane Function Centre:
Exclusively planning Weddings and Events for Barrett Lane Function Centre since 2018! I first came onboard this beautiful venue after planning a clients wedding here, only for the management to ask me if I wanted a permanent position as their Exclusive Wedding Planner. After 2 short years, i was asked to take on management duties of the venue, thus becoming the venues on site manager, seeing the wedding and events from booking all the way through to the wedding day itself!
I have been managing the Function Center since 2020 and have run it to a high standard, even being acknowledged by the Wedding Industry Awards by winning Function Centre for the last 4 years now! As well as winning the 'Highly Commended' award in 2022 and Winner in 2023 for the Wedding Venue - Coordinator. On top of that, Oborne Weddings & Events won 'Highly Commended Planner & Coordinator' in 2023, came Top 10 Wedding Decorators & Stylists in Perth! Barrett Lane WON 'Highly Commended' Wedding Venue Function Centre for the whole nation in 2022 and 2023! The venue also won Top 5 Venue Coordinator in the Nation!
I feel honoured to be managing such a beautiful venue, planning gorgeous weddings and events and celebrating all things love alongside some of Perth's top wedding vendors! It truly doesn't feel like work at all!

Kylie Livingstone
Assistant Stylist and Coordinator
Kylie has been a member of the Oborne Weddings team for over 3 years now and has assisted with many wedding set ups from directing vendors, styling beautiful tables to coordinating some big weddings solo, under the guidance of Leanne.
Kylie has the ability to think quickly in any situation and has a hands on approach with every task thrown her way. You'll often see Kylie at wedding expos as well, as her knowledge of the wedding industry is forever expanding.

Kylie is a great asset to the Oborne Weddings Team and will be taking on a lot more weddings and events in 2025 and beyond, so keep an eye out for Kylie on our socials!

Dorianne
Assistant Stylist

Dorianne has been part of the Oborne Weddings Team since 2023, in fact Dorianne got married at the Beautiful Barrett Lane in 2022 With Leanne as Dorianne's 'Wedding Day Fairy' On The Day Coordinator!

Dorianne took part in Oborne Weddings training course shortly after her wedding, proving to be a hands on team member and jumping on board the team and assisting Leanne and Kylie with multiple wedding set ups in the past 18 months.
You may see Dorianne on Social media under her own business as Bells & Blooms, as she delves more into the floral side of the wedding industry
Cat Anderson
Assistant Stylist & Coordinator

Cat is also a past Barrett Lane Bride, who also took part in the Oborne Weddings training course back in 2023, jumping onboard in 2024 after stepping back from teaching and more into a role she truly thrives in!
Cat is often seen running around the venue perfecting the final touches of the set up, a friendly face to others who visit the venue and who has a keen passion for wedding coordination.
You may see a lot more of Cat coming up on socials as she delves into more On The Day Coordination, proving to be a strong asset to the Oborne Team!
